1. Each ship/yacht will be supplied with 1 set of CD-ROM’s and shore based Offices have the option of Internet access.

2. For the ship/yacht to comply with the requirements of the Carriage of Nautical publications regulations it must carry the CD-ROM version.

3. The CD-ROM will be updated at intervals not exceeding 2 months.

4. A Certificate of subscription together with the approval from the Flag Administration will be supplied to each ship.
